Iboo is the first chain of great Mediterranean cuisine healthy and fast according to its chef Mario Sandoval. Indeed its mini-dishes to be tasted fast in an self-service restaurant function very well. More, it is almost less expensive than supermarket’s dishes- no dish at more than 6 euros and a menu at 9,75 euros… A really good address just like the Ferrán Adriá ‘s Fast Good. Waiting for the same type of restaurants in others European capitals!!
