The 24th annual Salon de Gourmets is due to open in Madrid in April and will offer foodies a chance to marvel at a whole host of Spanish delicacies gathered together in one place.

Visitors can expect to discover "every Spanish olive under the sun" at the event, as well as seeing the pros go at it to become this year's winner of the National Ham Carving Contest.
