Cava Blanca - Madrid

A basement of an immaculate white from where its name Cava Blanca. Carried out by hand of Master by the young chef Alejandro de la Torre for a traditional cuisine, modern but not molecular. To discover again a great gaspacho, fritters of crawfish, risotto with mushrooms and foie gras.

Iré a Madrid y no me he convencido si visitar o no al restaurante.

Local espectacular, buena comida y una carta de vinos de lo mas completa. Recomendable.

UN CARTA VARIADA Y SENCILLA Y UNA ELECCION DE VINOS MAS QUE CORRECTA, POSIBILIDAD DE TOMAR BURBUJA FRANCESA A PRECIOS INCREIBLES. EL AMBIENTE ES DIVERTIDO, JOVEN Y DESENFADADO.
