La Terraza del Casino de Madrid

It is not a Casino but a Social Club founded in 1836. The Club is always private but its restaurant is freely open for amateurs of high gastronomy. La Terraza del Casino de Madrid obtained its second star by Michelin’s guide without surprised when you will known that the chief is Paco Roncero with a menu imagined by Maestro Ferrán Adriá!!
The idea there is to choose the degustation menu and discover about 20 marvelous gustatory surprises which you can find out on this Pdf.
Menu starts with a Cocktail called “Caipirinha Nitro” funny before going towards more traditional savors like: lobster, piglet, gambas, cod…Fabulous!

A great 2 star Michelin restaurant.. May be the best restaurant of Madrid if you like nouvelle cuisine.. magnificient place!

Experimental cuisine worth every penny...‎ Casino de Madrid is situated in a magnificent 19th century building where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Madrid. We had a degustation menu with 20 courses, great molecular cuisine...
