La Bola - Madrid

Castilian type of cooking since 1870, just to say that at La Bola,  they know how to cook Cocido Madrileno the traditional way (in the fact: with the same receipt since the beginning of the 19th century). Useless to say that it is the pride of the establishment. 

But one can transgress the traditions a little and go towards lamb, chopitos, grilled prawns, king prawn with fine herbs, sole meunière with brandy, grilled swordfish…. We adores all the chart!!
