El Mirador - Madrid

Open in July and August, which is quite rare, we invite you to go to El Mirador “The Lookout”, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum’s summer-only rooftop restaurant and bar. Decorated by the BOPBAA’ team, the place is totally great.
Go for a tea or an ice cream in the afternoon and to the restaurant by night time. We enjoyed seafood, swordfish tataki, beef carpaccio with caramelized onion and shavings of aged Manchego cheese, or chilled almond soup that are perfect for alfresco dining.. A new ritual for in-the-know Madrileños stuck in the city in July and August.
